We will work together to create your Recovery Alchemy Individualized Plan based on your personal needs, definition of sobriety, and goals for usage.

We will learn the Craving Hijacking Method for controlling and redirecting cravings.

Through guided meditations we will work to alleviate the shame associated with addiction by detaching your identity with it and create a sobriety ally.

The process of washing away the impurities, which are the limiting beliefs.

We will discovery the limiting beliefs that led to your addiction through the Overwriting Limiting Beliefs Blueprint.

We will learn how to create supercharged affirmations that reprogram the subconscious.

We will practice Somatic Emotional Guidance to reconnect you with your body and trust instinct.

The process of awakening to your true soul self; pattern interruptions and noticeable changes.

In case of any relapse slip-ups, we will work with the Relapse Spiral Worksheet to identify remaining areas that need addressed.

As we prepare for life after addiction, we will begin working with our internal parts and controlling intrusive thought processes.

We will delve into self-love and self-care practices so that you begin to learn boundaries and establish a life of peace in recovery.

As the phoenix rises from the ashes, you are in an exalted state and ready to a self-actualized life.

We will use the Rewriting Your Sexual Temptate Blueprint to regulate the dopamine levels relative to sex by focusing on mindful masturbation, sexual transmutation, breathwork and practice partners.

We will reprogram the subconscious through visualization techniques.

This time will be set aside to attune skills learned in the above areas and fill in with other goals such as career and general life coaching.

In Recovery Alchemy we create an Individualized Recovery Plan based on the nature and nuance of your addictive behaviors and the context of your life. I will not force you to follow any set rules besides that ones you create that are most impactful to your sobriety.

Just like any other program, you will get out of Recovery Alchemy what you put in. If you are ready to make difficult choices and get honest with yourself, you can lay a foundation in six months for a lifetime of successful recovery.

Because we each have differing needs, this is a question we will agree upon together in the beginning. This is a program of self-empowerment where you create the rules (as long as you follow them).

Due to the nature of meth addiction among men who have sex with men, the utmost confidentiality is practiced with the content of our sessions. While you may choose to share with your personal support team, anyone is not required to know about your participation.

Insurance does not cover this program because the content isn’t clinically designed. This is a combination of many methods of recovery that you create.

You can continue to work and function in your regular, every-day life while in the program. All of our contact is virtual and confidential.

We will meet 1:1 for one hour weekly by Zoom and I am available 24/7 through messaging apps. If there comes a time when you need extra check-ins, that is available to you as well. This program has its finger on the pulse of your needs to do what is necessary to help you break free from addiction.

If a slip-up happens, we will utilize the Relapse Cycle Tracking Worksheet to take the golden opportunity that relapse gives us to study your patterns. Relapse is recognized as a stepping stone in this program, not a stumbling block.

There are group opportunities that arise sporadically, and other online workshops are included in your coaching package.
